Delay Reporting Bypass
Events until Armed
If this option is selected, all zone bypass events for this partition are
not reported until areas are closed (armed). This is to minimize the
amount of dialer activity to the central station. If areas are never
armed, bypass events will never be reported. Bypass events for zones
programmed as 24 hr. alarm will not be delayed.

Display Message
This option is for entering the messages that scroll on the LCD (when
there is no activity at the Touchpad).
Enter four lines of text, two lines for each message. If the end-user
wants only one message to display with no scrolling, you can
accommodate this by entering the same two lines for both messages.
Display macros are available. They can be combined as space permits
on the LCD.
EXAMPLE:
If you choose \D \M for line 1, the date will display in MM/DD/YY
format and the time will display in 24-hour military format.

Menu Scroll Rate This option controls the number of seconds that a menu item pauses on
the display before the next menu item displays. The menu display rate
affects all menus throughout the partition, including area control user
menus and Touchpad programming menus.
Range: 0.5 to 10 seconds (local programming)
0 to 59.59 (remote programming)

Audio Shutdown Time Enter duration (in minutes and seconds) that audible alarm tones will
be active after an alarm has occurred. The shutdown time is extended
or repeated whenever a new alarm occurs. Use leading zeros. Range:
00:00 to 59:99

Interactive Menu Timeout Enter the number of seconds of no response that will cause the
interactive menus to time out. This means that if a user is in an
interactive menu but makes no keystrokes within the programmed
period, the menu will time out. All menus throughout this partition are
affected by the time-out value. Range is 5 to 120 (local programming),
0 to 32000 (remote programming).
